Lauren firmly believes that optimal learning happens the moment a child and clinician are engaged in a connective experience.  Thus, she strives to create natural therapy environments in the home that foster both communication and confidence.  Lauren has been working with children for over a decade and, during that time, has gained experience with a variety of populations and disorders including autism, ADHD, articulation delay and receptive/expressive language disorders. Additionally, she has experience implementing various forms of assistive technology including speech-generating apps such as Proloquo2go,  TouchChat, CoWriter, and GoTalk. She is currently enrolled in the Assistive Technology Applications post-baccalaureate certification program at California State University Northridge to further her expertise in AAC and assistive technology. Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California State University as well as a SLPA certification from California State University Los Angeles.  She is currently licensed to practice in the state of California.
